For inserting date best to enter as text with the following format yyyy-mm-dd. You might need to prepend ' to the date to prevent Excel from changing the format. E.g '2017-04-19. It is only the Nigerian Oil Production date that expects a mmm-yyyy format. E.g 'Jun-2016
For the Highlighted/Specified Quantity button, you should type in a number in the selected cell (to represent the quantity you want to pull) before clicking on the Highlighted/Specified Quantity button.
